Every time we come here, it is a treat! The quality of food is consistent and always great. During our visit, we splurged and order many items. Most everything we tried during their Dim Sum offering (on weekends) was delicious literally perfect. However, on the positive note, this presents itself favorably, with an ambiance and flavor of a "genuine" Chinese restaurant, Hence, the broken English, in a way, bring a feeling of a genuine Chinese restaurant (just like you see in the movies). We noted that some of the servers and employees speak very little English. Overall, it is very elegant and comfortable.įurthermore the service is also great. No detail in its furnishing and design have been overlooked. The atmosphere of the décor within the restaurant is amazing. For a restaurant of this quality to be located in Stockton, CA, it's amazing, and well. Even Martin Yan endorsed this restaurant. The master chef has won many awards in Asia and brought his masterful Chinese culinary skill to China Palace. some of the food made at this restaurant even far surpasses restaurant in Hong Kong or China. This restaurant, China Palace, I must say, has the best Dim Sum on the West Coast.
